PARKING PASSES
If you are parking during school in either of our parking lots please remember that you need to come into the office to get a parking pass. We have begun putting notices on vehicles this week!
LOST AND (NOT) FOUND Please have your student check the lost and found table outside the cafeteria. It has already overflowed, and many items have been bagged up under the table. Items will be thrown away or donated over Thanksgiving break.
TRANSPORTATION REMINDERS Per state law students should not be bringing skateboards onto the bus with them. If you must transport a board with you please have it in a bag with the wheels enclosed. Also, the release has not yet been given for students to ride the bus home with other students. We will send out an update when we receive word that this is allowed. At that time, parents must notify the office so permission slips can be given to the drivers.
6th & 7th GRADE END OF SEMESTER CELEBRATION
January 27th Slips will be sent home soon.

SKI BUS SIGN UPS HAVE STARTED A parent information meeting will be held on Tuesday the 14th in the cafeteria at 5:30.

Meet Your Oregon City School District SROs: Officers Plummer and Shockley
We're excited to introduce our School Resource Officers (SROs) who are here to keep our schools safe and build positive connections with our students!
Officer Plummer has been serving our community for 25 years, with 7 of those years as a School Resource Officer. What drives him most is the opportunity to truly connect with students and witness their growth from their early school years all the way to graduation. Celebrating their victories—big and small—is what inspires him every day. You'll often find Officer Plummer in OCHS participating in We Dine Together, sharing meals and building meaningful relationships with students.
Officer Shockley is the newest addition to our SRO team! After serving 21 years as one of OCPD's K9 handlers, Officer Shockley is bringing his experience and dedication to this exciting new chapter. He's teaming up with Officer Plummer to provide positive mentorship and maintain a safe learning environment for all OC students. You will see him greeting students at our school's and connecting to build positive relationships with them.
Both officers are here as trusted resources, mentors, and friendly faces in the halls. They're committed to fostering positive relationships between students and law enforcement while keeping our school community safe and supported.
If you see Officers Plummer or Shockley around campus, don't hesitate to say hello!
ROSPECTIVE STUDENT OPEN HOUSE
Our first Open House is coming up on November 6th. If you have friends or family interested in learning about CAIS please let them know. There will be tours and in informational Q&A time.
