CAIS Spirit Day – Costume Day this Friday!
This Friday, CAIS will be celebrating Spirit Day with a Costume Day in honor of Halloween! Students are welcome to show their school spirit by wearing school-appropriate costumes. Please remember that the Oregon City School District Code of Conduct will be in effect. This means:
No full face masks or face coverings that fully hide identity.
No inflatable costumes or costumes that take up more space than a typical person moving through a school for safety reasons.
No weapons or look-alike weapons (including light sabers, swords, guns, knifes, ninja weapons, wands, or other projectiles)
Costumes must be appropriate for scheduled classes, including PE, shop and lab spaces—so if your student has a shop class that day, please ensure they wear pants and closed-toe shoes or attire that is appropriate to participate in PE.
Dress-up must be school appropriate and follow our school's dress code guidelines which promote belonging and honor the dignity and values of all others. Failure to follow these rules will result in school discipline and potential confiscation of costume items.

PARKING PASSES If you are parking during school in either of our parking lots, please remember that you need to come into the office to get a parking pass. We have begun putting notices on vehicles! These passes are free and help us keep your vehicles safe.
